After countless months of pressure on the state from AFT Healthcare-Maryland leaders and activists, the union has won a hard-fought victory for some members. The state has agreed to ensure retention bonuses and back pay to nurses in 24-hour facilities that have not already received it.

The City Union of Baltimore (CUB) wants to hear from you! There have been and continue to be a number of meeting dates during the months of November and December where CUB staff and leadership want to hear from you the members. After agreeing to a new contract with Baltimore City, CUB wants to answer any questions the membership may have regarding the MOU.

LEVITTOWN PA – Neshaminy Federation of Teachers announced the endorsement of Mike Ksiazek for Middletown Township Supervisor. “Endorsing Mike Ksiazek means our educators who live and work in the Neshaminy School District community are ready for a strong voice at the township level,” NFT President Tara Huber said.
